Pre-requisites

Your agency must advertise your properties on realestate.com.au.
You or your IT people must be able to make a server-side email forward rule so that enquiries from the real estate websites can be sent to RE:spond.
Your properties must be advertised with addresses. If you occasionally advertise properties without an address, that’s ok but RE:spond will not be able to handle enquiries or inspections for such properties.

Free Trial Period

Please note that your free trial period begins after your account is approved. Upon approval, you will be given the forwarding rules for your email server or service. Once the forwarding rules are setup, RE:spond will start working automatically.

Information Gathering

The information gathered below will populate all the fields that create your email signatures. This means that your email templates can be used immediately, however, you can change this information and your email signatures/templates at any time.

Default email addressYour main/default enquiry email from which email is sent. You must have access to the email address as account approval and instructions will be sent to it.

Default email signature first nameCan be a person or a department - for example, "Jen" or "Leasing"

Default email signature last nameCan be a person or a department - for example, "Barber" or "Consultant"

Default email signature position titleCan be a position or a team - for example, "Property Manager" or "Rentals Team"
